Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

  1. Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. Condition: Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with all original packaging intact.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Process:

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. You will be provided with a return authorization number and return shipping instructions.
  2. Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or incorrect item shipped.
  3. Refund Issuance: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exceptions:

  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
